Confidentiality notice
JR2 Services is committed to providing visitors with a website that respects their privacy. This page summarizes the privacy policy and practices on the JR2 Services website. JR2 Services does not automatically gather any specific personal information from you, such as your name, IP number or e-mail address. We would only obtain this type of information if you supply it by sending us an e-mail.
JR2 Services employs software programs to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. This software receives and records the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer that has contacted our website, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected.

Divisibility

Competence
JR2 Services is a company incorporated under the laws of Canada. The Site is controlled and operated by JR2 Services located in the Province of Quebec, Canada. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be treated as a contract governed by the laws of Quebec, without reference to principles of conflicts of law. All disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec, whose decision in any legal proceeding relating to the Site shall be final.
Language
If you are a visitor to the site and you read and accept the French version of the legal notice, you confirm and agree that the French version of the notice will prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the two versions.
